In some cases the article details might not be text, but a link to a page, document, or most commonly a link to an external website. These are controlled through the radio buttons at the top of the article details. For example, this item : 
links to an external site and there is no details page.

This is done by selecting “none” on “article detail type” and then using the “links” section to add the external link.
Changing Dates

To change the date that displays on a resource, click into the “Publish Date” field. A calendar will open up and allow you to select a new date.

Publishing, Hiding, or Deleting
At the bottom of the page you will see a toggle that is most likely set to “publish.”

If you need to hide your article, simply toggle to the grey which is “unpublished.”
Please do not delete articles; we need to first know what other articles they link to and whether we should instead redirect the item.
