The CDA brand logo is made up of two components: the letters, or type treatment, and the orange chevron. These two components are always placed in a fixed relationship and should never be altered or modified. The font for our logo is Goudy Oldstyle Std. A register mark
® is always used with the logo. Never use our logo with a service mark.SM *
The logo colors are CDA gray for the type and CDA orange for the chevron. Please refer to the color guide on page 2.35 for specific color information.

CDA logo with identifier
In instances when the CDA logo is being used by an outside entity or outside of California, it will be necessary to use the complete company identifier along with the logo. See the examples at left of the vertical and horizontal applications of the identifier.

In instances when the CDA logo with identifier is being used in a color field, there are three options for placement of the identifier type. Choose the version that best fits your application. The font and size for the identifier is 10 point Futura Book Std.

Correct usage of the CDA Endorsed Programs/Program logos
There are two versions of the CDA Endorsed Programs logo; “Programs” and “Program.” Use the Endorsed “Programs” logo when using the logo for CDA publications, ads and signage. Use the Endorsed “Program” logo when sending it to an endorsee for use in their materials.
One-color logo use
A black and white version of the logo may be needed for certain applications. Options are at left.

The logo files for download are for in-house publication use. If you need a logo file for an outside vendor, please contact the marketing department and you will be provided with the appropriate file format.

Use only at the 100% size provided in the logo file or smaller, if necessary.
Poor quality reproduction will result from enlarging. If you need a logo for high- quality printing or larger format use, please contact the marketing department and request an eps file.
