  1. Account managers put new work into Jira. Tasks will go into the backlog.

  2. Tasks for the following week are discussed every Friday at Pipeline meeting (S&P team and management attends). Move work to be completed from Backlog to On Deck. https://cdamarketing.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=31&projectKey=IM&view=planning.nodetail&issueLimit=100

  3. Team members review their “On Deck”/”Up Next” tasks starting Friday afternoon.

  4. During the All-Team Meeting on Monday a.m. the teams walk through the All Projects board. Each team member is expected to have read all information and come with questions.   5. Team members move individual tasks from “To Do”/“Up Next” to “In Progress” and then either to “Review” or “Done” depending on task. Tasks can be moved from the board view or the top right of any task.

  6. Throughout the week team members can view their tasks in progress by visiting the Kanban board or their dashboard. Tasks not started but due in the next week will be in the left section, and tasks in progress in the right section.
