   3. Can they access gated content?

      1. No - Processed to Step 2

   1. Ask them to refresh the page

      1. Does the user see their initials in the main menu?

         1. Yes

            1. Ask them to log out of the website

            2. Ask them to log back in

            3. Can they access gated content?

               1. No - Processed to Step 2

         2. No

            1. Ask them to log in

            2. Can they access gated content?

            3. No - Proceed to Step 2

Step 2: Verify Policyholder Status

1. Have the user log into AMP (https://my.tdicinsurance.com )

   1. Does the user end up on the AMP home page?

      1. Yes

         1. User is a verified Policyholder and should have access to gated content.  - create website support request

      2. No (User should instead land on Account Verification Page)

         1. Have user complete policyholder verification

            1. Proceed to Step 3 once completed and returned to the AMP home page.

Step 3: Return to DNN Website

1. Have the user return to the DNN website (https://tdicinsurance.com )

   1. Ask them to log out of the website

   2. Ask them to log back in

   3. Can they access gated content?

      1. Yes

      2. No

         1. User is a verified Policyholder and should have access to gated content.  - create website support request
