Forms/Quote Request Information
Situation: Customer quote requests not being received. See this Jira ticket for an example situation.
Audit trail: Copies of quote requests are saved in the Archive mailbox (TDICPortalArchive@tdicins.com)
Quotes are received at protected@tdicins.com as well as by specific brokers
if the broker is not seeing the email they are supposed to have received, any of the following could be responsible:
Did the user choose the right settings when submitting the form?
Is the routing JSON sending to the right broker, based on the form selections?
Is there a problem at the recipient mailbox? (TDIC Protected, in this case)
Is the mail falling into a spam or "Other" inbox view?
