UX Architecture and Product Design

  • Craft workflows that optimize digital content, sitemaps, customer journeys, user personas, wireframes, and prototypes that demonstrate new designs to developers and product managers, promoting usability, usefulness, and uniformity with key aspects of digital products.   

  • Validate design work leveraging basic usability testing approaches and other user-facing research that elevate and evolve products to meet user needs.  

  • Work closely with developers to ensure implementation is done to spec and good business relationships are set up for future design success.  

  • Translate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging  

  • Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers   

  • Lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking  

  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to identify accessibility gaps in existing product designs and educate us on best practices.   

  • Analyze business needs and produce wireframes that meet strategic objectives  

  • Optimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints  

  • Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process  

  • Facilitate and utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive design concepts  

  • Define and design journey maps, navigation, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes   

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Business Leads, Product Management, Engineering, R&D and Visual Design  

  • Oversee all user-facing text to synthesize tone, language, and messaging   

  • Prioritize roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX     

  • Define reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals  

  • Gather and document functional requirements for web and mobile projects
