Our site has a site wide alert banner for maintenance and system status communications. You can add contact numbers and hyperlinks to the description area as desired.

Instructions - Update Site Wide Alert Banner
Controls from the site wide banner are available under ‘Main Option’ in the WP dashboard.
Scroll down to ‘Alert Banner’ panel to modify. The ‘Information’ option is our default style and it includes an information icon in the layout design. We also have a ‘Warning’ and ‘Error’ layouts. Update changes using the ‘Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page.
