News and Resources: Display a Specific Item

This tutorial covers how to configure a module to show a specific item or set of items rather than showing all items of a certain category.
Open the settings
Expand step 4, “Filter articles”.
You should see the radio button selected to “Select specific article(s)” instead of “apply filters”.
Now you need to select your article/s. First select the category the article is in.
5. You can use the filters to also specify a date range to refine your results. Once you see your article, click the plus sign to select it.
6. The articles you have selected will appear below this list. You can remove an item by clicking the red x.
7. Finish by clicking “save and close” at the bottom.
The featured article/resource you’ve just created can be added to additional pages if you need additional entry points. See the tutorial on adding existing modules to pages: Adding an Existing 2sxc Component to a Page
