These forms all need to be reviewed by stakeholders so we can make sure we need them and that the versions in dev are accurate. We should check the notifications that are being generated as well. Aptify updates to CDA.org database are pretty much working in dev. Next, @Chris Jackson will deploy to production after hours.
@Christopher Behling will add a SearchBoost timed indexing for Membership lookup and Find a Dentist. Data only updates once a day, so we only need to index once a day
For For WPD-2009: Chris would like to ask if Annette can test the forms. (I saw that Praneeth has extended Annette to the end of the year yesterday, btw) @Chris Jackson will ask Praneeth

Decisions

  1. Chris and I compared notes on GWPS-7441 - TDIC decided not to implement redirect back to website after policyholder verification because it is two levels of indirection. That said, it looks like they are ready for us to pass an indicator when sending a user to AMP from the “Register” button so that they know to send the user back to DNN. I’ll summarize in the ticket and get Chris connected with the Stratus developer (Nellutla, Srinivas)

    That’s the list of http://cda.org forms that will be updated. I emailed Praneeth and Balpreet to see if we can borrow Annette
  3. Cathy’s Aptify files are all formatted for consumption now, and she also includes a check for “|” in user fields. (The extra pipe was breaking the CSV format for who knows how long)

    Aptify Files are published about 7 PM
    I will schedule database import at 7.30 PM
    Chris will schedule SearchBoost indexing at 8.00 pm

    These should all run 7 days a week
