Styles and Standards Documentation
Purpose: Use templates that have been created to document standards for the web
Bring in existing documentation from other channels and determine where the standards are the same and where they may need to be different for web
Content Governance/Cleanup
Purpose: Audit http://cda.org and look for areas that could be removed or consolidated. Create tracking system for future use that documents how often sections should be reviewed, when items should be retired or replaced, etc.
COVID section cleanup/consolidation
Newsroom cleanup/tracking
General page auditing for cleanup/governance
Website Content Accessibility
Purpose: Content improvements to meet accessibility guidelines.
Page Cleanup/Standardization
Purpose: Clean up existing pages and make them consistent, using the newly created page templates. Would start with an audit and documentation of issues.
Content Optimization for Search
Purpose: Revise in-page content to make pages more searchable.
